We will not groom out a matted coat if we feel it will cause distress to the animal. Clipping an aminal or hand stripping can expose pre-existing skin conditions. Clipping can make an animals appearance drastacally different - Please consider carefully before requiesting this cut.

As we operate under the code of Animal Welfare Act, if we feel you animals coat us too matted to be worked, on we will recommened clipping the coat down to save stress to the animal. Owners conset will always be sought before such action.
